KREUZKÖLLNALE CLOSING PARTY

The Kreuzköllnale Film Festival holds its closing party this Saturday. Be part of the art by joining the celebration. Live acts, screenings, music and of course an official award ceremony will highlight this night of cinematographic frenzy.

Here's a sneak preview on the event:
- special live act by improvisation group Crowdsalat,
- screening from the short films in competition,
- award ceremony for the best film (public vote),
- dancing on a cinematographic background...

Admission will be kept low, between 1 and 5€. It'll be used to cover the many expenses we've had organizing this first edition of Kreuzköllnale.

What's the Kreuzköllnale?

The Kreuzköllnale Film Festival gathers a restricted audience of movie freaks for a series of screenings around Kreuzberg and Neukölln.

Berlin local scene is kicking things up in the aftermath of the Berlinale. For two weeks, local bars and private flats team up to bring back this little something bigger events lack - a soul, an edge, call it whatever you like.
An official selection composed of talented young directors will be competing for the Kreuzköllnale glorious award, while our dedicated team will entertain you with obscure movies grouped in categories.
Every event will feature one short movie from the official competition, followed by a talk with the director, a public vote and the screening of an off-competition movie. Films in competition will also be shown altogether during one frantic night.
